Child Support Services
The Child Support department is conducting face-to-face contact with customers who have appointments. Applications can be completed online at nccchildsupport.com or retrieved and submitted in drop box at main entrance. You can use the eChild Support Parent’s Portal to handle common activities such as payment information or obtaining the status of your case. You may also can contact your child support agent or NCCSC Customer Service Center at 1-800-992-9457 to ask questions.
